Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder plant-based or whey
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or honey, optional
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • to taste Ice cubes for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender.1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
